Create Metabase Link
Create a link for a SQL query. This link can be used to share the query with others. The link will be used to display the query and its results in metabase. The query must be a valid and human readable/formatted SQL query that can be executed against the database, so run the query first to ensure it is valid. Note, the execute_query tool return a 'metabase_url', so you don't need to call this tool seperately.
Execute Query
Execute a query against a database. You should call this to get the data you need. Before you execute a query, you should call fetch_database_table_schema to get the schema for the table before writing a query. Whenever you reference a table or a column, wrap the names in double quotes, also everything is case-sensitive. For example we might want to reference the column paymentId on the payment table, we would reference it as "payment"."paymentId" If you get an error message that states columns do not exist, you should fetch the schema for that table to ensure you are using the correct column names. If a query fails, try running list_saved_queries to get a better understanding of how to write queries for a particular database. When responding, always return the raw data, do not transform it or simplify. Plan your approach before executing. If the task requires multiple queries and scripted stitching/processing, prefer delegating to claude_code_execute so it can fetch and process data via the proxied Zenning Metabase API tools. Metabase has a practical cap of 2,000 rows per result set. If the user needs more than 2,000 rows, delegate to claude_code_execute to paginate until all pages are retrieved, then concatenate all records and return the complete dataset. The query results may be displayed visually to the user. You can control the default visualization type by setting the defaultVisualizationType parameter based on the characteristics of the data.

Get the schema for a table in a database. You should call this to update your understanding of the table schema before you build queries to get the data you need. This is also handy when debugging queries, you can use this to get the schema for a table and then execute a query against it. Do not guess table names, use list_database_tables to get the correct table names.
List Database Tables
List the tables for a database. You should call this to update your understanding of of which database to use, so you can fetch the scheme of just that database (fetching the scheme for all databases is expensive).
